Nice job providing an overview of diabetes. You provided some information on the target population. Be sure to support your comments with a reference and not make claims without being backed by research. Knowing this information can help you design effective interventions for this group. You discussed the behavior change model that you would use when designing these interventions. While you did not need to discuss this in detail at this time, try to provide a bit more information on the model and how it would guide your interventions. Also, you had a reference list, but it was not clear what  3 sources you will use for the final project. These were to be listed within the paper, not as part of the reference list. There were several grammatical errors noted in your assignment. Please see the comments I made in your paper.

Nice job discussing diabetes. More statistical information needs to be included on the disease and population. What are the current incidence and prevalence rates? What populations are impacted the most? You explained the Health Belief model and created a visual representation on how it can be applied but more information needs to be included. What are some influencing factors to help promote change in the population?What will be done in the intervention?Try to provide more additional information for each part of the model tailored to the target population to promote change. While the model addressed the individual, it was unclear how it would address populations as well. Nice job with APA format and style.

Nice work on your powerpoint presentation. You provided good demographic data and briefly discussed the behavior change model that will be used in the intervention. You need to elaborate on the parts of the model such as perceived threats and benefits to the population as well as self-efficacy and cues to action. You provided information on the impact each stage of prevention would have on the disease and the impact it would have on one of these levels. It was not clear what stage of prevention your program would focus on, but you did discuss how you would apply the behavioral change model on each of the stages.Your presentation was supported by scholarly sources but there were some areas that needed a citation but did not have one.
