Great points made in your post. Obesity is definitely a precursor to so many different health issues. At my job, we are seeing so many children come in who are overweight and some are already diabetics. The only exercise they are getting is at school. They are not getting exercise at home, they watch a lot of tv, and sit for long periods of time on the computer playing video games. There is a LIFE Center near me and one of my family members had a heart attack and he did rehabilitation there. Through this program he was able to regain his strength and lose 30 lbs. He said the program changed his life and gave him tools to live better and make good food and lifestyle choices
