– Imagine you have been selected for an interview. Discuss what you would do to prepare for the interview, including: what would you research, wear, practice, and bring to the interview? Identify at least three key strategies that would help you successfully interview.

A directive decision-making style is one in which the superior gives instructions leaving no room for the subordinates to question the reason for the said direction. On the other hand, an analytical style involves a lot of scrutiny into the effects of implementation of a said decision. With this style, the decision-makers answer “what if” questions before settling on a decision. The conceptual style, on the other hand, involves mere speculation and hope. The decision makers use their beliefs to arrive at a given decision. With the behavioral style, however, the leader analyses the mood of the subordinates and makes decisions that are most likely to bear the most desirable results based on the subordinates’ motivation to implement the decision. I prefer use of the directive and behavioral style of decision making as it asserts the leader’s authority and ensures that the followers are in a position to implement proposed directives…………………………………….
