In the scenario selected, the secretary is not able to access the computer that contains the document that requires to be sent. Since the is a meeting scheduled to take place in the next fifteen minutes, there is no doubt that the secretary must be in a position to find a way of printing the document before the boss comes. A major component in the problem is the possibility of failing to hold the meeting if the secretary is not able to find a way of printing the document.
