In the second paragraph, you are supposed to use sources to investigate a point of view or conclusion. In this paragraph, you should focus on the interpretation/evaluation of sources to develop a comprehensive analysis or synthesis. You should also question the viewpoints of experts on the matter.
The third paragraph should use sources that are on the opposing viewpoint of the issue. This allows you to evaluate all different options and show the other side of the issue. In this paragraph, you should analyze assumptions and carefully evaluate the relevance of contexts when presenting a position.
In the fourth paragraph, you should state your position on the issue. The paragraph should be imaginative, considering the complexities of the issue. After using all sources both for and opposing points of view how do you feel about the issue? That is the question that needs to be answered in paragraph four.
You are also supposed to use six sources in the essay. Three supporting your view which is used in the second paragraph and three opposing sources that are on the other end of the issue.
