Project Milestone One: Contractual Elements
3-1 Final Project Milestone One: Contractual Elements
When preparing to negotiate a contract, you must know what the needs and concerns of your organization are. First, consider what your organization wishes to accomplish. Then think about the types of concerns your organization may have, such as personnel issues, or concerns related to intellectual property. Once you have identified these issues, you will be better prepared to negotiate the contractual terms that are most relevant to your organization’s needs.
For this assignment, you will use the final project scenario and any other relevant course resources to describe elements specific to IT agreements.
Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:
Provide an executive description of engagement in which you briefly describe what Middletown Hospital is hoping to accomplish in this scenario.
Describe vendor personnel and staffing concerns that the hospital might want addressed in the contract. Cite specific evidence to support your description.

Describe possible ownership issues.
Describe possible licensing issues.
Determine the patent issues that will need to be addressed.
