Confirming another person
We were once hiring a new group of interns and I was given the duty of confirming individuals, based on their personality. I had actually managed to confirm most of them but failed to confirm one individual because of personality clash. Her behavior was kind of weird and we could not even agree on most things. Our clash in personality contributed to our disagreement that made me unable to confirm her.
