You should research sample communications policies, communication etiquette and working with diverse groups, and compose a communications policy for the firm. At a minimum your policy should include information on the following topics:

A written document policy including the firm’s sample business letter template
An email policy including a sample email template
A policy pertaining to communicating via social media
