Week 1 Module Report
Use the above assignment resources to research Development Psychology AND Personality Psychology, this week’s TWO specialties of the larger field of psychology.
Write a report FOR EACH SPECIALTY based on your findings that includes the seven elements listed below. A minimum of 4 pages (not including Title and Reference Pages) is required for Report Module assignments. They are graded for thoroughness, evidence of ability to clearly articulate and apply knowledge learned, organization and clarity and the degree to which they meet requirements identified on the Report Module grading rubric including compliance with APA formatting rules.
All written assignments must be in the student’s own words, with content based on published materials paraphrased (restated what one reads in one’s own words), source cited and referenced correctly per formatting rules of the American Psychological Association (APA). No more than 2 – 3 short sentences of direct quotes may be included in any writing assignment submissions. These must be placed inside quotation marks and correctly source credited. Failure to properly source credit, regardless of intent, constitutes plagiarism. ANY plagiarism found in any course assignments, including papers and Forums, will result in a score of zero for the first incident and course failure for any subsequent instances. Organization, Format and Mechanics
Primary ideas, facts and insights are presented in a clear and easy to understand manner. First person “I” and second person “you” pronoun usage only occurs in sections of the work requiring it and all other portions are written in an objective manner. Writing is well organized and easy to follow. Assignment submission is in APA format, double-spaced with 1-inch top, bottom, left and right margins, and in Arial or Times New Roman styles, size 11 – 12 font, includes a cover page and all sources writing is based on or inspired by are correctly cited in body of the work and in a references list attached to the end.
