Many business functions involved in supply chain management are necessary to manage a global supply chain operation, including production planning and control. The operation of each function requires various processes using information technology (IT). Systems used can include the following:
Customer relationship management to manage client information
Supplier management to manage supplier information
Warehouse management to manage volume and inventory location
A breakdown in process and system by either or all functions involved can result in the product not meeting the customer’s quality standards.

The business function review should be at least 3 pages in length. Be sure to cite sources using APA properly; include references and in-text citations.
Submitting your assignment in APA format means, at a minimum, you will need the following:
Title page: Remember the running head. The title should be in all capitals.
Length: 3 pages minimum
Abstract: This is a summary of your paper, not an introduction. Begin writing in third person.

Reference page: References that align with your in-body academic sources are listed on the final page of your paper.
