In many religions, pain and suffering is considered to be a noble path. For a person to achieve eternal peace, he or she must undergo suffering while on earth.  In Buddhism, there are various practices related to pain and suffering. One of these practices, is the Dukkha, which is usually translated to suffering, pain and anxiety. There are various aspects relating to Dukkha.
