Before engaging in intraorganizational bargaining with group members, make sure to read Chapter 7 of the Budd text and Lesson 06 Commentary. 1. Determine your own individual target point, resistance points, and starting point for the CBA.
2. Identify and rank your most important bargaining issues.
3. Consider which bargaining tactics and strategies you would like your group to engage in. For instance, consider whether to engage in mutual gains or distributive bargaining.
