A Biblical Worldview (2008), Financial Peace Revised by Dave Ramsey and Courage and Calling by by Gordon. What actions are you taking towards living out your calling?
In Courage and Calling the whole Chapter 5 “As Unto the Lord” really hit home for me. I realized I was not doing my job for God, rather I was just doing it for a paycheck and to please everyone around me. God was pulling me to help others and I was not listening to Him and this made me resent my job. This is why I have chose to listen to God and returned to school to get my degree in counseling.
In Financial Peace Revisited, it was Chapter 21 “Baby Steps” that hit home for me. I had never heard of Dave Ramsey before this class but as I read chapter 21, I realized I was already doing some of the steps. Now that I have read Dave Ramsey’s book I now have more tools to get me through these rough times I am experiencing now.

Introduction
Phillips, Brown and Stonestreet, in their book “Making Sense of Your World, A Biblical Worldview,” suggest that there are two justifications as to why the assessment of the world poses to be volatile in the culture of today. They explain that the current culture offers unlimited distraction. Hence, people find it normal to live their life in isolation without significantly considering issues of critical importance.
