How can you use informal assessment to identify children’s strengths or needs? This video demonstrates how teachers can do this while working with children with math concepts; but these strategies can also be applied when helping to reinforce science concepts as well. After listing those tips, provide a few sentences explaining how assessment can actually guide your instruction in the classroom. Upon completion, place this in the Assignment 5 – Assessment.
