Part 1: pick any wotk from the collection that reflects cross-cultural influences. These may be direct or indirect. Identfy the work (painting, sculpture etc.) artist, title, date and any other specifics such as scale and medium.
How does your work reflect the concept of cross- fertilization – be it stylistically, composition, perspective, color, country of possible influence. Look at the techniques used as well as material/medium. Be as detailed and specific.

Part 2: after reading ‘modern collections’ on page 49, it states that the works purchased and displayed reveal something about the character of the company or persons who purchased the works.
Pick any work that you feel best relays this ‘corporate’ idea. Remember, that you can pick any work within the collection. These works are all about reflecting and projecting a preconceived idea of what makes good art and good neighbors.
