Appeal to Belk company

I would like that you proofread read the appeal and add a good rhetoric to it, so I can convince them to pen the account. IF you have to change more what I just wrote you can do it.

Dear Belk Customer Service,

My account was close due to a returned payment, and I would like to appeal it so you can open it. Unfortunately, I had the wrong router number for my PNC, since is the one used as a second account and is used so often.

I as you can see on the document attached I had the money the day it was schedule to be deducted from my account since it Fall from 48 hours’ period, to me more exact the next day. After this event I went to the bank and request the routing number so I can have it accurate for future payments.

For the payment due in October it going to be returned probably again because I spend money after the payment was made and it gone below for 0.50 cents.

I this moment I have learned how long it takes to Belk process the payment and that I have corrected the routing number so I plan to be more attentive to the amount of money I spend when the payment has been submitted.

It is important that I got the account open so I can have the freedom to buy my personal items in this great store that I enjoy to buy and do not affect my credit FISCO score.
