Anxiety Disorder

Working for a law firm has been a good experience for me, but the challenges are many. There are many cases of anxiety disorders reported at work, and especially when the court date is almost due. Anxiety disorders result in stressful situations where a person has to meet some deadline. Experiencing some mild anxiety is allowed, and it makes a person more alert on what they are supposed to do. Extreme anxiety is however dangerous because it affects the performance of a person greatly. This is because the frequency and intensity of the anxiety becomes overwhelming with time, and ends up interfering with the normal functioning of a person. The main cause is the fear that they may not be able to defend the client well, and they may thus end up losing in the court case. The pressure that the job has subjects people to such disorders and the employees should thus undergo periodic counseling before they opt for dangerous ways of killing anxiety.
