Employers are increasingly acknowledging these struggles and are instituting policies to help address them. Please address the following: Suggest two policies that you think employers could institute that would best promote work-life balance among their employees. Be sure to explain why you think these policies would help. Would all employees benefit from these policies or just certain types of employees? Once these policies are instituted in the workplace, what role does workplace culture play in whether or not employees take advantage of them? There are policies that employers can implement to promote work/life balance. One of such polices is on job training. It is important for management to support work/life balance. The most crucial thing is to look for diverse things fi the employees to do so as to refresh their minds. There is a wide perception that to climb up the corporate ladder, you need to work hard. This may be true in some aspects but it is working smart that really matters.
