Parole is referred as the concept of convict’s reintegration in the society. This idea gained its popularity in 19th century. Its main idea is to provide incentives for individuals to behave in a proper way. There are two different types of parole; mandatory and discretionary parole. In Mandatory parole, all convicts are reintegrated based on whether their sentencing has been served. Also, it is based on sentencing deduction for good conduct or even other considerations.
