Trauma is a very delicate condition which needs carefully thought out interventions. Such intervention should not only focus of treating the condition but should also be able to acknowledge that victims often have bitter feelings about those that go them to that point. Therefore, one of the legal concern a health practitioner working with trauma victims is that the victims might want to press charges on those that were involved in traumatizing them……………………….
