Based on the article, “U.S. Supreme Court” by Shapero v. Kentucky, I think that letter like the ones sent by Shapero ought to be protected speech under the constitution. Based on the current law, I think it is against the law to expose lawyer’s solicitation. There are a number of ethics, rules, and regulations as well that govern lawyers…………………….
