    • Displacement
    • Reaction Formation
    • Regression
  • Finally, provide a specific example each of repression, projection, displacement, reaction formation, and regression. These examples should be your original creations—apply what you know about each defense mechanism and come up with your own example of how to showcase the individual defense mechanism.
