According to Wagner Act, NLRB was to promote a collective bargain as a way to maintain free flow of commerce. The employee sentiment about configuration of bargain is not the primary but it had to balance the needs of firms, labor, workers and public interest.

Unions should have more access to the employees so as to accomplish their aim. This is because the union recruits then and forms their campaign. This will help them to create a better communication n channel than it is today.

Employees are well represented by the committee that is set selected to represent them. They also have a chance to block the employer from manipulating them. Therefore, they are not considered to have unfair tactical advantage……………………………………………..
