Easy Format:

Compose an essay, ranging from one to a page & half-length with 12 fonts.

Organize your essay by reflecting the following three areas:

a) Define Hofstede’s cultural dimensions, using you own wordings to demonstrate your understanding of the concepts (not by rewriting Hofstede’s original definitions).

b) Argue why an American and Chinese businessman will run into cultural blunder/misunderstanding.  That would mean reasoning why you will anticipate a potential cultural related misunderstanding between both partners. Use one of Hofstede cultural dimensions to demonstrate the underlined potential conflicts.

 c) How would you manage the misunderstanding /conflicts that can arise between the two parties, during business negotiation? Recommendation: support your essay, by including a minimum of two reliable references from peer reviewed journal papers. You may use APA/MLA format when you cite your sources in text.
