There are many ways in which crime can be educed in our cities. The first one is coming up with proper programs that bring both the authorities and the general public together. When the people are able to trust their administration, they are likely to furnish them with the relevant information on criminal activities. This could help reduce crime by a large margin. Another way is to provide proper surveillance. Street cameras and close monitoring of criminal elements could be an added advantage. Most criminal cells have can be penetrated by monitoring their activities (Buonanno, Montolio & Vanin, 2009).  Then we have community policing. This has been seen as one of the most effective ways to fight crime in a city or town…
