2.its like you read the book and answer the question based on what you read

3.the answer should be between 10 to 12 sentences

4.and the other thing is, i need you to respond to someones answer like ( i agree with you in this and that ) you know how to respond right

based on your answer

this is the student answer about the question chapter 5

Unfortunately, Jack is incorrect about place of delivery. There was no shipment contract so Edwin is not obligated to have the sofa at the house or the store. Both Jack and Edwin know and understand the sofa is at the warehouse. It would be Edwin’s moral obligation (and good business practice) to give Jack reasonable notice to enable him to take the delivery.

…………Answer preview……..

Jack is correct. All contracts are assumed to be shipment contracts even if the terms of the contract are not addressed in the contract.  Even though the contract does not specify the place of delivery there is a presumption that there is a shipment contract. This will require Edwin to send the goods to Jack (Mann & Roberts, 2011).

I disagree with the student’s answer that Jack is incorrect. There was shipment contract even though Edwin did not specify the place of delivery to Jack. He is, therefore obligated to make delivery of the sofa to Jack. It is not just a moral obligation but also a legal obligation for Edwin to take deliveries to Jack……………
