Relying on both textural information and at least two outside references, write a four (4) page report that answers the following: 1.Describe the modified behaviorist approach you created in your last paper to achieve the desired learning outcome. 2.Critique this approach through the application of Piaget’s (and his successors’) ideas. 3.Critique this approach through the lens of interactional theories of cognitive development. 4.Create a modified approach to achieving the desired learning outcome based on the two criticisms above. The format of the report is to be as follows: •Typed, double spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one inch margins on all sides, APA format. •Use headers for each of the subjects being covered, followed by your response. •In addition to the four to  pages required, a title page is to be included. The title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructor’s name, the course title, and the date. Note: You will be graded on the quality of your answers, the logic/organization of the report, your language skills, and your writing skills.

Introduction

Learning is a continuous process whereby a person ought to go on with learning the entire part of his or her life. This has led to the invention of several approaches to learning. One of these approaches is behavioral approach, which says that environmental stimuli directly affect our behavior. However, there are also other several learning approaches.
