If you look at life through a negative lens, I can guarantee negative outcomes. You really do become what you think about. I made a choice some time ago to be positive–not to be a Pollyanna but to be realistic. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will keep enough toxic or negative people away that it will make it worth the effort. Do you agree?

When one has good feelings about their lives, they may have more plans to make it even better and thus work better to improve their living standards and skills. Positive thinking also enhances happy longer life (Paele 2013). When you believe that life is boring and sad then all that you do will be sad and unhappy. Positive thinking builds better skill…..
