Chapter 7 focuses on liberty, equality, and fraternity.  Today we often take for granted that most forms of meaningful physical activity involve these elements.  Liberty is our freedom to engage in meaningful physical activity.  Equality is our access to meaningful physical activity.  Fraternity is the social fabric in which our meaningful physical activity takes place.
