According to Gates (2015), negotiation is a conversation between two or more parties or people with an aim of coming up with the best results that will be fair to both parties. Negotiation is used in businesses by buyers and sellers. They mainly negotiate on the prices and quality of commodities before a buyer makes the final decision if to buy or not. In order to have an effective negotiation there must be trust between the two parties involved.
